If your a first time buyer BEWARE
This ''realtor'' wanted us to put an offer to a house more than it was worth. She also wanted us to make a $500 payment to reserve house and we did since we were first time buyers and didn't have any knowledge.She kept asking for cash or money orders in order to reserve the home... this was due to the fact that she didn't want the money to be tracked down and if later their was problems she can just be like ''where's the proof?''. she got lucky that for us paying in cash . If your a first time buyer BEWARE, she will put a lot of tricks on you.Stealing from a family $2,000 that has kids to feed , clothes to buy , and a college education to well it doesn't seem right to have done that . She will most likely tend to be unethical to first time buyers, so if you willing to make business with her be careful. If you are caught in her web of lies make sure to make every payment track able to her, make her sign a document every time she ask for money. If you have proof that she ripped you off step forward and report her to the Texas Real Estate Commission. Take legal action towards her cause it's just not right taking advantage of other people...If you think I just wrote the this negative review to say that I am fake or whatever, she was using a Nissan Ultima when she was working with us and her office is in Irving and it has her office and then inside her office there's like to little rooms , I hope this helps to establish credibility that I was having business with her.....
