Mrs. Matthews is horrible. When my family first moved in July of 2013. She had not cleared previous gas bill or water bill. When we called her in reference to the gas not being on due toto her not having the gas lines inspected which was why we didn't have gas. She told me she was entertaining ppeople at her house and that she would get back with me. So we went days without gas due to her carelessness. She pops up unannounced, and is the nastiest realator I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Thank god for the actual owner of my property he actual has sense. But if u see Carolyn Matthews anywhere run!!!
