Your property at The Manor at Jersey Village is horrible. If you were concerned about your companies you would look into the management and replace the unprofessional people that are representing your companies. Your building caught fire and the management tried to hide it. The manager yells at the tenants on a regular basis, she doesn't care about the property. Floors are dirty, trash everywhere. But her apartment is nice and the air conditioner is always on in the hall by her apartment. This property needs to be reported to the housing authority. If you really care about your properties you will put better management and maintenance in this location. If you employ people to work around elderly persons they should have some empathy for them. This property manager is a joke. I prefer to stay anonymous for fear of retaliation from this awful woman.
