Lindsay A. Ford Reyes is extremely dishonest and unethical. I would avoid doing any type of business with her in its entirety. She will lie to get you to sign a contract, and then go back on her word adding additional costs to the consumer. She will not have dangerous items fixed on the property that you are renting from her timely, and will wait several weeks/months, if at all, to do so. I would encourage consumers to research this agents online reviews as it appears that many others have had poor experiences with her over the past few years. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent/agency all together!
Lindsay A. Ford Reyes is a real estate agent of First Choice Realtors DBA Relative Ventures Inc... The experience that I have had with this agent has been extremely poor and frustrating. She was the property manager of a house that we rented in Frisco, TX. She misrepresented the property prior to lease signing and then threatened to apply additional fees on items that were previously discussed and ok’d. When repair orders were sent, it took several weeks and additional requests to have them completed, even items that were dangerous (for example, broken locks on outside doors and non-functioning smoke detectors). My recommendation would be to avoid this agent/agency all together!
