Very unprofessional representation, unethical business practices, and dishonest.
Was never informed by the owner of my property that they had taken on representation. Started receiving correspondence from this person/organization out of the blue, at 11pm at night via a free internet email account (very shady/unprofessional). English, and grammar were atrocious, contacted my landlord several times and was finally informed they represented the property for them. Asked for a new lease to be sent over, was filled out and returned by mail within 48 hours, paid the next month in full, and a month later out of the blue was informed they opted to not accept my renewal? And get this for lack of communication? Which is precisely what this person is guilty of, both on the land lord side and their own. Does not maintain a website, nor a corporate email account, BBB has no accreditation, and clearly isn't a professional. Previous residents of this property my neighbors also reported unprofessional tactics, outright dishonesty, and problems with communications. Were I you I would not rent from this person, nor use them (her) for your property. I have since filed a formal complaint and am investigating my options legally.
