Deceptive, Dishonest and Terrible People
Head this warning: do not do business with this individual. From my experience, she cost me thousands of dollars. Karla Kelsey would sell the shoes off your feet, during a snow storm, while you weren't looking. Then, she would charge you interest on time spent selling.
